About this policy
This policy explains how the CompuHelp LLC marketing website handles information provided through Contact and Request a Quote forms. Separate customer agreements govern information handled as part of contracted services.
Questions: info@compuhelpllc.com · (813) 694-2456.
Information you provide
The forms request your name, email address, service or plan of interest, and a brief message. Phone and company details may be provided where offered. Hosting and email providers may also process technical connection and diagnostic information needed to operate their services.
Share only the information needed to explain your business inquiry. Do not include legal documents, case details, credentials, or sensitive personal records.
Purpose and handling of inquiries
The forms are designed to send your inquiry to CompuHelp so the team can respond, discuss requested services, and prepare an appropriate next step. Sending an inquiry is not a purchase or a marketing subscription.
The current implementation sends form submissions through server-side Azure Functions and Azure Communication Services Email to the configured CompuHelp business inbox. Your email is used as the reply-to address. No payment or file-upload feature is offered by these forms.
Service providers
The website uses Microsoft Azure hosting and email-delivery services to process inquiries. Pages also request fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive technical information such as your IP address. Providers handle information under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.
Links to external websites are subject to those websites’ privacy practices. A vendor logo or service description does not mean that your inquiry is sent to that vendor.
Retention and deletion
Submitted inquiries may be held in the business mailbox and related delivery-provider records. Contact us to ask about retention or request deletion of a specific inquiry. Deletion may be subject to applicable legal obligations and provider retention or backup processes.
A deletion request does not guarantee immediate removal of every copy. Do not send additional sensitive information when making your request.
Your privacy requests
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information submitted through this website, email info@compuhelpllc.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Include the email address used and a brief description of your request. Do not attach identity documents or legal records to the initial message.
Your rights, any necessary identity verification, and applicable exceptions depend on the law governing your request. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.
No legal documents or sensitive records
This website is for general business inquiries. CompuHelp does not request legal documents, pleadings, contracts, case files, privileged communications, or client-matter details through these forms. Do not paste their contents into a message or provide links that grant access to them.
Do not submit passwords, recovery codes, government identifiers, payment-card or bank details, medical information, or other sensitive personal records. There is no document-upload field, but a free-text message cannot automatically prevent every unintended disclosure.
References to iManage, NetDocuments, Salesforce, and other products describe technology services. They do not connect these inquiry forms to a client DMS or CRM, create a secure document repository, or authorize access to customer files. Any future document-handling engagement needs a separately agreed scope and an approved transfer channel.
If you accidentally submit sensitive content, contact info@compuhelpllc.com with the approximate submission time. Do not resend the sensitive content. Handling and deletion must account for applicable legal obligations and the records already held by delivery providers.
Legal references
Relevant references include Florida Statutes, Section 501.171 and the FTC’s privacy and data-security guidance. Other privacy laws may apply depending on your location and the processing involved.
Security and policy updates
The website processes form submissions on the server, validates inputs, and keeps email-delivery credentials out of browser code. No website, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. See Trust & Security for more information.
