Our website and your information
This website provides service information and a way to contact CompuHelp. It is not a secure client portal or a repository for confidential documents.
Security controls, support commitments, and responsibilities for contracted services are defined in the relevant customer agreement.
What the website code implements
Server-side form handling
Contact and quote requests are processed by server-side functions rather than sending email credentials to a browser.
Input checks
The handler checks required fields, email format, request type, and request and field lengths.
Controlled delivery
The code restricts delivery to the configured CompuHelp inbox and builds plain-text email messages.
Delivery tracking setting
Outgoing inquiry emails request that Azure email engagement tracking be disabled. This is not a claim about all website tracking.
Security boundaries
No website can guarantee absolute security. The safeguards described here concern the website’s inquiry forms, not every customer environment. Product logos do not establish certification, endorsement, or a formal partnership.
For a proposed engagement, ask which controls and responsibilities are included in the written scope.
Contact us safely
Use the public forms for general project and service questions. Do not send legal documents, privileged communications, case details, passwords, recovery codes, payment information, patient data, or confidential customer files. This website has no document-upload form and is not a DMS or secure client portal.
If supporting evidence contains sensitive information, first ask for an appropriate transfer method. For existing support incidents, follow your service agreement's support process.
Report a website security concern
Contact info@compuhelpllc.com with the subject “Website security concern.” Include the affected public URL, a brief description, when you observed it, and a way to contact you.
Do not access other people's data, interrupt service, or send exploit payloads or sensitive records. This contact route does not grant testing authorization, create a bug-bounty program, or promise safe harbor or a response deadline.
